What's a STRING QUILT?  String quilts are quilts made from fabric scraps that are sewn onto a foundation.    Depending on the pattern chosen, the foundation can become a part of the quilt design (your fabric of choice) or entirely covered with “strings” (muslin).
This class will show you different ways of putting your string blocks together.  Choose the technique you like best and make your own one-of-a-kind STRING QUILT.

Supply List:
1 yard muslin or other foundation fabric
Sewing Machine in good working order
Thread
Rotary Cutter
Pencil
Ruler
Scissors
Seam Ripper
General Sewing Supplies
The STRINGS will be provided by PATCHES.
If you have a focus fabric or fabrics you'd like to use, feel free to bring your own.

Space is limited.  You must sign up for this class to participate.  301-831-0366
